When things don't go according to plan, or even fail. Such a moments may be awkward but they needn't spell disaster. What you learned from the experience and identify improvement areas to be better?

3) Work Life balance - Look after your health and important relationships. you'll be in best position to ensure that these outlasts the project.

4) Avoid unnecessary work -

Being in early may inspire your team to follow in your footsteps.  if you work at 16 hours a day on regular basis, you must demoralise then my setting high standards.  you can save your energy in case of crisis or critical issue at weekends at short notice.
